Erick LeBrun:
Erick came from a background in business operations and human resources switching for a career in science. He will be graduating in May 2014 with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Erick is very interested in symbiotic relationships between organisms as well as genomics. While in the Taylor lab, Erick initiated a study of partner choice and specificity in nodule interactions between legumes (Medicago lupulina) and nitrogen fixing bacteria (Sinorhizobium meliloti). He also assisted with numerous other projects in the lab. Erick completed his PhD at Baylor University in microbial ecology in 2018. He is now Vice President of Research at Pebble Labs in Los Alamos, NM. |
